1. Check if your address is serviceable. Enter your full address, including state and zip code, then select check.
If the address is not serviceable verify that the correct address was entered. Select Try Another Address to enter a new address. If the address is serviceable, you will be able to view the plan that is available in your area.
2. Now that you’ve confirmed your address is serviceable, verify that your modem is compatible for our system.
Click on Check for Compatible modems.
If you don’t have your own modem, select the model that you are interested in. This will take you to Amazon if you would like to order it online.

3. When the modem has been verified, proceed to register for new service.
Include your first and last name, your email address, and create a password.
Read and accept the Sparklight Term & conditions, privacy policy, and acceptable use policy. During this process you can opt in to receive news and exclusive offers this option.
View the order summary then create your account.
Review the Billing & Service address and add your phone number. During the payment process you can check the automatic payment box to set up autopay or leave it unchecked if you do not want to set up autopay. Then continue to complete payment.
